Miracles start to happen when you give as much
energy to your dreams as you do to your fears...
I believe that people can realise anything they dream of, thanks to the power that lies within them. It is my passion and my mission to discover that power together with them. That is why my sole practice is called Dreams in Business.
I see it as my task to uncover what is holding you back from experiencing your strength. Together, we translate that task into a development question. I take the word development very literally. “Development" originates from the Old French desveloper, meaning "to unwrap" or "unfold". So we gently remove the layers wrapped around your awareness, until we reach the level where the answer to your question can be found. We go as far as possible, and no further than necessary.
This experience provides insight into the origins of your behaviour, your patterns and your emotions. Only when you understand why you do what you do does it become possible to make different choices. This opens the way to a life of freedom, love and growth.

Dreams come true
When I was a little girl selling charity stamps door to door, I would always ring the bells of houses hidden behind old walls and gates, concealed in greenery. While other children sold their stamps in streets of terraced houses or apartment blocks – after all, that was much quicker – I felt irresistibly curious about what lay behind those walls. Carrying my stamps gave me a legitimate reason to walk up to those hidden front doors and ring the bell. I felt like the only visitor in the fairytale forest of De Efteling.
For a long time, I had quietly buried that desire to be in such places. Until I found the house where I now live. And every morning when I wake up, I still have to pinch myself to be sure that this dream has truly become reality.
A second dream that came true at the same time concerns slowing down. Without exception, my clients long for relaxation, silence and peace. Only when you slow down does silence emerge, and in that silence there is space for attention. Attention that allows you to look at yourself and your surroundings with your heart engaged and your judgement set aside. Attention is the greatest source of personal leadership. It helps you become aware of your thoughts, feelings and patterns, and that awareness reveals your freedom of choice – and therefore your growth.
Slowing down is therefore the starting point of our work together. It begins with the journey to Huis ter Heide. You leave the bustle of everyday life behind. And the moment you step inside, you are embraced by warmth, silence and calm. Clients describe my practice as the still eye of the storm, a place to come home to, an oasis where the soul is reawakened. Being here feels like a mini-retreat of a few hours. Everyday life seems further away, making it easier to see the essence of things.
